Time Running: 6 hours 6 minutes
Time Cross Training: 15 minutes


Morning: 8.7 km (5.4 miles) treadmill recovery


Morning: 15.2 km (9.4 miles) threshold intervals on the treadmill with 4 x 2000m @ 7:45 off 2 minutes shuffle

Evening: 15 minutes bodyweight strength and rehab


Morning: 8.8 km (5.5 miles) treadmill recovery


Morning: 15.7 km (9.8 miles) medium long run on the treadmill


Morning: 8.7 km (5.4 miles) recovery on the treadmill


Full rest day.


Morning: 19.3 km (12 miles) “long run”
